We went to St. George to visit Chantel and her family on the 27th of October through the 30th. It was great to see everyone. As Chantel is a realtor, we looked at several houses with her. We found one we really liked. Because Ciera & Seth could move into it and pay rent, because it also had a separate unit that we could rent out, we could then afford to make the purchase and still keep our Bountiful home so we could be close to Mom. We put in an offer on a newly remodeled home in the area of St. George where we wanted to be.
The offer was accepted and we closed on this home on November 18th. The home has four bedrooms in the house and a newly remodeled studio apartment in the back. Ciera and Seth are willing to let us come and stay there any time we want as we are renting it to them at a reduced rate. I hope it will work well for them as well as us. They are so very nice and careful with things.
