New Year's Eve Party at Julie & Tom's

These two have a special bond.

Julie's new kitchen works out so well.

Kids galore.  Stacy & Dane with their three and Melissa & Jeff with their two.
They really enjoy each other.

I was so glad that Steven and Kim came up.

Everyone helped with the food.  And of course we all took pictures.

Do you think they like their Grandpa?

I love watching Ellie, Tess and Madi playing together.

Kim was amazing!
She brought so many really fun, simple games everyone could play.

Julie, Madi and Kim are watching Tanner and Chase.

Chase, Chantel and Steven are competing here.

Can Lyndsey and Ciera keep the feather afloat?

I was glad that Gryffin came too.

Chantel and Lyndsey enjoyed the fire.

Juan, Zack, Ciera and Seth were mellow, but enjoyed the evening too.

Griffin knows how to beg better than any dog I've ever seen.  So cute!

To St. George for the Holidays

I enjoyed seeing Katelyn's post of Spencer's Christmas call home.
He is such a joyful, great missionary.

We went to St. George on Saturday, after I served in the Bountiful Temple on Friday the 26th. Julie and her family as well as Kim and her family were coming to the New Years Eve party at Julie and Tom's new home in St. George.

This is Julie & Tom's new home.

You never know what Chantel is going to do next.
She bought these adorable footie pj's as kind of a joke, then ate the cake without utensils.
Also part of the joking.

On Sunday Chantel invited all of us for a fantastic roast dinner.
I feel guilty that she is always feeding us, but I love being there and her cooking is great.

Christmas Day 2014

First thing Christmas morning we went to Melissa and Jeff's.  There is a magic with children on Christmas morning so it was a joy to be there and watch Ellie and Madi with their Christmas gifts.

Ellie was so happy with her Princess bike.

Jeff's grandmother with Jenn's baby, Abby.

All the Motts love being together.

Jordan and Kenzie made this adorable xylophone for Ellie and Madi.  It was a hit!

It is so fun that Tom & Julie wear Santa hats.

This plate of fruit was my usual contribution to Christmas breakfast.

Instagram kept us informed about some who couldn't be with us.

Emily and Bryan

Beautiful Lyndsey with adorable Gryffin.

Julie and Tom went on to T.J. and Jill's.

Lauren was excited to get a car for Christmas.

The first snow of the season came just in time.

Julie's photo captured the peace and beauty of the day.

Christmas Eve at Our Home

Even with iPhone quality pictures, the story of our evening together can be told.  I so loved having everyone at our home.  Julie went to so much trouble to make sure everything would be perfect for the re-enactment of the Nativity.  These children made the evening!

It was a special treat to have Santa show up.

Paige graced us with her playing at our talent segment.

I was excited that Beau came to see his nieces and nephews perform.

Shawna and Mom held the posters containing the words to the songs that Julie made.

Have you ever seen cuter creche figures!

I love that Melissa can pick up her knitting anytime, any place.
Hayden was happier than he looks here.

It is so good to have Katelyn with us after her mission.

The St. Johns always make me happy to be with them.

Truly our angel baby.
