Christmas Lights on Temple Square

One of the rewards of working in the Church Office Building three days a week, was seeing the beautiful lights on Temple Square. They are so lovely.

 

I know I take too many pictures here, but it is my favorite place to photograph.

I truly love Temple Square and the Church Plaza.

Home Again - Our Tree is Gone

It's tradition to take a picture of the clock at the Bellagio

when we come and go to Kim's.

It was great to visit the St. George Temple grounds

because we were able to stay at Chantel's condo on the way home.

The sunset setting while I was going on a walk by Chantel's brought beauty to the desert.

It was devastating to see how naked and lonely our home

looked when we arrived. By pre-arrangement the tree was removed while we were gone.

It is so sad to loose such a beautiful tree, but it lived well and served well.

While they were all together, Kim wanted pictures, so we went to a nearby park and I took some snapshots.  I am no good at this, but Kim insisted and they are a beautiful family so off we went.  As we all know, here are:  Austin, Jordan, Jacob, Steven, Kim, Hayley, Ben, Lyndsey.

Road Trip - Kim's for Thanksgiving

Cherie and Kari were going to Las Vegas for a soccer tournament so she invited us all down to Kim's for Thanksgiving.  We were glad to go and Kim & Steven acted as though they were glad to have us.  Chantel graciously allowed us to stay at her condo in St. George on the way down.

Julie and Tom were also in St. George on their way to Kim's so we had dinner together.

I love being at Kim's home.

We also celebrated birthdays.

Paige's is on November 22nd and Cherie's is on the 24th.

Steven pays the big bucks and heats it for us at Thanksgiving.

Fifteen of us went to the Elephant Bar for dinner to celebrate Cherie's birthday.

The next day, swimming continued.

Such a great Thanksgiving with family.
