Family History - Internet Searches

This picture of the little town of Bicknell, Utah is terrific. I was glad to find it.

For years I have tried to find a picture of the schoolhouse where I attended in my early elementary school grades.  Hooray for the Internet.  I finally found this one.   

And this is the building where Dad taught seminary for five years from 1946-1951 and where 

I later attended seminary when I was a junior at Wayne High School (1958-59).

We lived on Pine Creek from the time I was five until I was eight years old.

Open House for Luke & Katelyn

On September 19th we attended the sweet Open House at the

home of Luke's parents.  Good food and a lovely setting.

After the reception we were able to see Katelyn and Luke's adorable apartment.

The centerpieces on each table contained some of my favorite flowers. So pretty.

The St. Johns spent the whole day being here for Katelyn.

Spencer spent the day with us.

Hayden borrowed the body of George W. Bush. I loved it. 

I was so happy to see that Mom came.  She doesn't go many places any more.

Shawna brought her.  Hayden helped her find a seat.

So nice for Melissa, Emily and Lauren to be together.  They are so fun!

I so appreciated Craig Parry coming.  He is a great guy.

Jake Parry and Katelyn have been friends for many years.

Kim and Vance Cook have been great friends to Kari and the St. John family.

It made me so happy to see Mom and Katelyn together.

 

It was a particular joy to hear Hayden play and sing a piece for Katelyn's wedding.
