Sunday Evening Gathering at Jeff & Melissa's

Melissa and Jeff have made their backyard so inviting.

Jeff and Jordan built the fire pit.  I love the hammock/swing.  It is really comfy.

Katelyn's Bridal Shower by Hannah Maeser Young

I loved this opportunity to get acquainted with Luke's family.

Hannah went to a lot of trouble and it was fun to be on the patio of Kneader's in Orem.

I was especially pleased that so many of our family also came.

Brooke's Wedding Reception

It was fun to be with the St. John's at the wedding reception of Brooke & Josh Sederholm.
Brooke has been a big part of the St. John family and especially with Katelyn.

It was held at an old country reception center with horses and farm animals around.

It was a lovely evening and Katelyn and Luke chose super fun music for the dancing.

Afghan for Katelyn

On the 12th of August I finished the afghan I crocheted for Katelyn.

Some really nice people in the St. John's ward hosted a lovely shower for Katelyn.

She got some nice gifts.

Dai and Andora Hole Visit

I was so excited to have David (Dai) Hole come and to get better acquainted with his wife, Andora.

They now live in Chepstow.  Dai is brilliant and will make a difference in the world.

Andora is very nice and a pleasure to have in our home.

They were thrilled to be able to attend the Tabernacle Choir broadcast

of Music and the Spoken Word.

After the broadcast we walked around in Memory Grove.

I always love it here.

Dai was one of the YSA in Student House while we were in Wales.

They visited us for three days then were on their way again.
