Mason's Homecoming Celebration

We had such a nice gathering at Chantel & Dave's to welcome Mason home.
Mason gave a really great talk in Sacrament Meeting and I was so glad to have been there.

Plenty of great food was prepared for all of us.

Chantel, Cabo and Chase

A truly memorable highlight for me was listening to Katelyn and Mason
sing several hymns in Spanish.
They both have exceptionally good voices.

Seth, Bo and Ciera
They are extra special.  They treat us so well when we come down to St. George.

It was good to spend time together, especially for those who do not see each other often.

Hayden will be our next missionary.  He's ready.

Steven

Paige, Julie & Tom

Kim, Chantel, Julie, Claudine
So good to be together, even if it does make us miss Cherie more.

Mason Returns with Honor

I was so excited to greet him at the airport on his return from Chile. We both cried.
Chase surprised him by going on to St. George with him.
Chantel was so anxious to have him home.

Commemoration Dinner

It meant a lot to me to be invited to the commemoration dinner in celebration
of Cherie.  She has the BEST family.  It was good to have Katelyn with us.

February 2015 Happenings

Spencer is doing such a great job on his mission in a difficult environment.

This plaque is the motto Seth's mission president had for his missionaries.
I think of it often and it encourages me.  I know it is what Spencer is doing.

Emily goes to so much trouble to make the Youth Conservatory
Monster Concert
a huge success.  It was good to be there and I loved the ride up and back with Julie.

Julie always knows how to make a house, whether big or small, a charming home.
8 February 2015

We are all jealous of her chalkboard of the recipe for the cookies
Mom made for us and I made for my girls.  DeLiCiouS!

I went to RootsTech this year and that allowed me to be in Salt Lake three days.
I learned so much, there were so many people, and I even saw some celebrities.
It was illuminating.

It was fun to go to lunch with Kim and her family to celebrate Relda's birthday.

Every time we go down south we have a great time.  Being with family is the very best.

On the 28th Kari posted this lovely picture of our dear Cherie.
Sometimes it seems so long ago that she passed and other times not so much.
We also miss her every day and love the influence she had and still has on all of us.

Madi on Instagram

Cutest little one ever.
She loves her lamb-ie so much it is almost worn out.
