Thanksgiving at Chantel & Dave's

Chantel and Dave were the hosts for our Thanksgiving this year.  It was fun to be together in St. George.  

We had ham as well as turkey.

After dinner we all went for a walk in the park behind the Markel home.

Seth, Ciera, Claudine, Tom, Julie Ana, Cashaye, Audri, Dave, Zack, Wayne, Chase and Chantel, and don't forget Bo, Cooper and Cabo.

Katelyn Returns from Her Mission

It was so exciting to have Katelyn come home from her Texas Houston East Spanish speaking mission.  She was an outstanding missionary.  It was hard to have Spencer gone even though we are so happy that he is serving his mission in the Mexico Juarez Mission. I am sure Cherie is so proud of both of them and that she has been watching over them. 

Paige made sure there was a great sign ready.

Kari has put down hardwood floors on the whole entry level of their home.

They are painting everything.  He has hired Hayden and Hayden is doing a great job.

At the airport it was soooo exciting!

Happy Birthday Cherie

On November 24th, Cherie's birthday, we went to the Bountiful Cemetery to express our love for her.



We think of her every day. 


Afterwards we went to dinner at the China Platter.

Kari gave a Family Home Evening lesson there.  He is amazingly great.

Uriona Thanksgiving at T.J. and Jill's

It was a fun day in an amazingly perfect setting.  

T.J.'s farm is a wonderful place to meet.

This is T.J.'s turkey who wanted to come in the house.

He was safe today, but they ate home on the real Thanksgiving day.

Of course, the best of all was the people who came.

Back to St. George

We went back to St. George to meet with the inspector prior to the closing on our home.

It was an opportunity to see Cashaye, Analese, Audri and Miguel.

Ciera and Chantel are always great and helpful. 

I loved the new park behind Chantel & Dave's home.

The swings are amazing.

Doggie Sitting for Gryffin

Lyndsey and Austin went to Puerto Rico so I got to have Gryffin with me for four days.  

Gryffin is the cutest dog ever - also naughty, but I love him.  

He and Mitzi developed an uneasy truce.

I will miss Gryffin - will Mitzi?
