Easter Sunday Dinner at Julie's

A lovely Easter Sunday with family at Julie and Tom's.  Everyone helps and we always have a great meal and just enjoy being together.

It is always a treat to have Chase, who is attending the University of Utah, join us.

I was glad Shawna and Mom came also.

Lauren is so wonderful in the way she plays with children.

Madeline fascinates me -- totally.

Easter Egg Hunt at Julie's

Julie and Tom had a fun gathering at their condo for an Easter egg hunt inside, a time for decorating sugar cookies and an Easter egg hunt outside.  The little ones made it a fun day and were delighted.  Melissa, Jill and Stacy provided much help and treasures.

There is nothing better than photos on Temple Square.  I have photographed it for years and years.  The end of April and the first part of May are my favorite times to be there. Julie took this definite prize winner. What a beautiful place and a great shot taken during one of her noontime walks. Makes me jealous. So lovely.

Spencer's Mission Photos

Spencer's friend, Corbin Kasteler, took Spencer's photos for his mission.  You think I have posted too many?  There were over 500 to chose from.  It was hard to eliminate any.  Spencer looks like a fabulous, impressive missionary. He is so well prepared in every way.

There was a beautiful breakfast-for-dinner birthday party at Melissa & Jeff's for Madi's first birthday.

 Madeline Jane Mott - I think she is hilarious.

Eloise Dawn Mott turned four earlier in the month. 

We celebrated a "Frozen" birthday at City Creek Center for her. 

A wonderful birthday cake for Ellie, Madi and Dax crowned the family dinner on March 23rd.

Mom got a bad cold in February and could not quit coughing. It went on for weeks and when I took her to InstaCare day after day, the doctor said she had pneumonia and her heart rate was extremely erratic.  Considering her age (almost 94), the symptoms, and the difficulty of taking her to the doctor every day so she could be watched closely, he put her on Hospice Care and felt she would live about three months more.  She certainly fooled them all.  She was cared for by hospice for two months and then told them not to come any more.  She is doing extremely well seven months later.
